Shooting caught on camera on crowded sidewalk

A man was caught on camera pulling out a gun and firing on a crowded Bushwick street.

Police released surveillance video that shows the suspect with three other men in front of a grocery store at 341 Knickerbocker Ave. at around 9 p.m. last Wednesday.

Investigators say the man fired several shots, hitting the passenger side of a 2005 Kia Sedona minivan. A 41-year-old man inside the vehicle was not hurt, and no other injuries were reported.

Authorities are looking all four men in connection with the shooting. The alleged gunman is described as a Hispanic man. He was wearing a red T-shirt with red sneakers and was carrying a backpack.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
