All lanes reopen on Brooklyn Bridge after accident
All lanes on the Brooklyn Bridge have reopen after a multi-car accident that sent several people to the hospital.
Police say a black Honda with four passengers was disabled in the right lane and a silver livery cab was in the middle lane, when the driver of a Lexus came flying through.
The cab driver says the Lexus swerved in front of him causing him to rear end it. He says the Lexus flipped four to five times.
The passenger in the Lexus was ejected from the vehicle and taken to the hospital in critical condition.
All four people in the Honda were also taken to hospitals with minor injuries.
The driver of the Lexus has been taken into police custody on suspicion of DWI. He has not been officially charged at this time.
