Family seeks missing Sheepshead Bay woman

Family members have been desperately searching for a Sheepshead Bay woman who went missing about two weeks ago. Investigators tell News 12 that Aliyah Boomer, 27, was last seen Aug. 16 in Red Hook.

Family seeks missing Sheepshead Bay woman
Family members have been desperately searching for a Sheepshead Bay woman who went missing about two weeks ago.
Investigators tell News 12 that Aliyah Boomer, 27, was last seen Aug. 16 in Red Hook. They say Boomer is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a black top, multicolored capri pants and black Nike Jordan sneakers, according to her family.
The family has been handing out fliers throughout the Crown Heights community.
Boomer's sister says her phone has gone unanswered since her disappearance.
The family says that they've received some leads to Boomer's whereabouts but none of them panned out.
They say they are offering a $5,000 reward for information regarding Boomer's whereabouts.
The family says they will be going out weekly into different communities to look for Boomer.
