Nonprofit helps people with developmental needs

A nonprofit group located in Sunset Park is giving those with developmental needs a new vision for their lives.

The Thrive Network was started by CEO Charles Archer nearly 20 years ago. Its mission is to help those with development and intellectual disabilities.

The group offers job training, financial management and academic help for people who wish to pursue their GED.

Thrive Network also provides social and life-building skills necessary to live independently.
