Brooklyn woman dies after motorcycle accident
A Brooklyn woman is dead this morning after being thrown off a motorcycle and struck by two vehicles in Queens.
The accident happened on the westbound Belt Parkway near exit 17.
The bike's 28-year-old driver was ejected as well, but only suffered minor injuries.
Police say the motorcyclist lost control on a curve and crashed -- that's when a car struck the woman after trying to swerve around her and fled the scene.
A second car was unable to stop and hit her as well, but remained on scene.
