Kids do yoga at Borough Hall

Borough President Eric Adams hosted a group of Brooklyn kids at Borough Hall Monday to mark National Yoga Month.
To celebrate healthy living, students from P.S. 196 in Williamsburg joined Adams for a yoga session inside the hall.
Adams' office says the event is part of a full-day program to promote holistic and healthy living.
The kids learned stances like Downward Facing Dog and Mountain pose. They also learned how to relax their minds.
"Moving and breathing at the same time does wondrous things if you take a moment just to try it out," says Yoga instructor Kate Lieberman.
After the yoga session, the kids were given a lesson on healthy eating.
