2 struck by vehicle in Borough Park
Authorities say two people are recovering in the hospital after they were struck by a vehicle in Borough Park.
Police say a 62-year-old man and woman were taken to Lutheran Hospital. They say one of the victims is in critical condition.
Investigators say the incident happened near the intersection of New Utrecht Avenue and 51st Street just after midnight.
Police say the driver remained on the scene and was not charged.
