Family searches for missing 75-year-old woman
The family of a 75-year-old Brooklyn woman says she has been missing for nearly a week.
Family members say Fannie McDonald is usually found walking the streets near her Bedford-Stuyvesant home, but she hasn't been seen since Jan. 31.
Also known as "Sugar," McDonald was last seen near her home on Putnam Avenue wearing a black leather jacket and pants.
McDonald is described as happy and friendly, and her family says she's healthy, alert and mentally sharp.
Police have joined the search, but do not yet have any leads on her whereabouts. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
