Cyclists explore Brooklyn libraries with bike tour

It's not every day people visit multiple libraries in the span of just a few hours, but hundreds did just that in Brooklyn on Saturday.
It marked the fourth annual Bike the Branches tour ride. More than 1,000 cyclists snaked their way around the borough to explore different Brooklyn Public Library branches.
Some riders joined guided routes while others ventured off on their own. One rider made it to 51 branches.
At the end, cyclists were rewarded with a block party in front of the Central Library at Grand Army Plaza.
The event is part of the library system's spring fundraising campaign and helps to drive awareness throughout the borough.
