Many people marked Mother's Day on Sunday with the fifth annual Brooklyn Bridge Mother's Day Walk.
The annual walk starts in Manhattan and ends with a festival at the Cadman Plaza Park in Brooklyn.
The event raises awareness and funds to support programs for those who have experienced domestic violence.
It is sponsored by the nonprofit group Milagros Day Worldwide.
