Williamsburg developer drowns at Miami beach

A Brooklyn man was among two men who drowned in Miami Tuesday, police say.



Yitzchok Rosenberg, a well-known real estate developer in Williamsburg, and Chaim Parnes were caught in a rip current, according to officials.



Assemblyman Dov Hikind, who says Rosenberg was a good friend, released a statement expressing his sorrow at the deaths.



"He was a real mensch whom everyone looked up to," the statement read.
