A man with gunshot wounds who was mysteriously dropped off at Woodhull Hospital has died.
Authorities say an SUV dropped off a man with gunshot wounds to the chest and then quickly sped off.
They say the SUV was black with Virginia license plates.
The man was pronounced dead on arrival by the hospital staff.
His identity has not been released.
