Law enforcement official: Video shows shooting by off-duty officer

There is potential video evidence of an incident in which an off-duty NYPD officer fatally shot a man during a road rage dispute.

As News 12 reported, an officer driving his personal vehicle Monday morning was involved in a dispute with 37-year-old Delrawn Small in East New York.

According to a law enforcement official, the potential video shows Small leaning into Officer Wayne Isaac's car at a red light before stumbling back and collapsing after being shot.

Police have declined to release the video.
