Brooklyn's French community gives back after Nice attack
Brooklyn's French community is showing solidarity with France following the terror attack in Nice.
Jeremy Andre's restaurant just off Henry Street flew its French flag at half-staff today.
The attack in Nice was a painful reminder of November's terror attacks in Paris for the tight-knit French community in Carroll Gardens. Restaurants in the area had displays decked out in blue, white and red.
Andre plans to donate his proceeds this weekend to the victims of the Nice attack, just like he did back in November for Paris.
