Police say a 22-year-old woman is in critical condition after a driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a bus stop Friday. 

Investigators say a black Mercedes was driving west on Fillmore Avenue when another car cut the Mercedes off. The driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a pole, causing it to topple over, injuring the woman.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital.

Officials seized the Mercedes for further investigation. The driver has not yet been charged.
