4 people found dead in 4 days in NYC parks

The body of an adult woman was found in McCarren Park early Sunday morning, marking the fourth body found in a New York City park in the past four days.

The body had no obvious signs of trauma and the cause of death has not yet been determined. The woman's identity hasn't been released.

Yesterday, the body of a 35-year-old woman was found in Brower Park. The medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death in that case.

On Friday, 47-year-old Andrew Lang, of Manhattan, was found dead on a bench at Vesuvio Playground in SoHo. His cause of death has not yet been determined.

In the Bronx on Thursday, a 59-year-old man was found dead on a bench in Pelham Bay Park. Police say no criminality is suspected in that case, although the cause of death has not been confirmed.

There is no evidence the cases are related and police are still investigating each death.
