Former Brooklyn school custodian charged with sexually assaulting three students

A former P.S. 219 custodian was charged Tuesday with sexually assaulting three female students.

Investigators say 52-year-old Francisco Diaz worked at P.S. 219 for 18 years before resigning last year. According to Special Commissioner of Investigation Richard Condon, Diaz forcefully kissed one of his victims on numerous occasions and inappropriately touched two others. Investigators say one of the victims is Diaz's own niece. All three girls were attending Kennedy King Elementary School at the time of the encounters.

Commissioner Condon says some of the incidents are too old to prosecute.
