Crews pulled a body from the East River off the coast of Brooklyn Bridge Park this morning.
Crews from the NYPD harbor unit say they pulled the body out of the water near Atlantic Avenue near Pier 6 around 6 a.m.
Officials say they found a man in his 20s unconscious and unresponsive in the water.
The medical examiner's office will determine the identity of the body along with a cause of death.
A few weeks ago, a 21-year-old man jumped off a Williamsburg pier with his friends and has not been found. Police have not linked the two cases.
