Police say a man was rushed to the hospital today after being shot across the street from P.S. 299 in Bushwick.Cops say the 23-year-old man was shot in the chest at Madison Street by Evergreen Avenue.He was taken to Brookdale Hospital, but his condition is not yet known.Police say a second person was also treated at the scene.
