$20 million suit filed against BK bus company for crash

(AP) - A 74-year-old survivor of the tour bus crash inthe Bronx is suing the driver and the bus company.

Yuke Chue Lo of Manhattan says driver Ophadell Williams fellasleep and was speeding during the fatal ride home from aConnecticut casino. Fifteen people were killed March 12 when thebus flipped over and was ripped apart by a sign pole.

The lawsuit, filed this week in the Bronx, also alleges thatWorld Wide Tours hired inept employees and failed to keep properrecords.

Messages left at World Wide and at Williams' home were notimmediately answered. Williams has not been charged in the crash.

Lo's lawyer, Andrew Finkelstein, said she suffered a fracturedskull and underwent several surgeries. He said she would seek $20million in damages.
