State Sen. Parker gets 3 years probation for scuffle

State Sen. Kevin Parker (D-Brooklyn) was sentenced today to three years probation for his confrontation with a photographer.

Parker was convicted of criminal mischief in connection with the case.

A photographer from the New York Post broke his finger in the scuffle. His car and camera were also damaged.

Parker represents many central Brooklyn neighborhoods.
