Canarsie family says black mold is making it sick

A Canarsie family says it is living with black mold all over its apartment and that the New York City Housing Authority hasn't helped.

According to Carmen Rodriguez, mold at the Bay View Houses has repeatedly made her three grandsons sick, with two of them now suffering from asthma. She says the mold started last summer and has only gotten worse, spreading across the walls and to the ceiling.

Rodriguez says her daughter was promised a new apartment by the Housing Authority in January and received a transfer letter, but was later told by her management company that the place had been given to someone else.
