Panel approves all co-location proposals for BK schools
A panel approved all co-location proposals for several Brooklyn schools.
This means several schools will be merged with others and exist in the same building. While classes will be separate, students will share cafeteria, gymnasium and library facilities.
Brooklyn Success Academy will be merged with Urban Assembly for Urban Environment and Foundations Academy. The Teaching Films of America Charter School and P.S. 308 Clara Cardwell in Bedford-Stuyvesant will share a building.
Paul Robeson High School will be merged with the Academy for Health Careers. A new high school will also be placed in the same building.
The Academy for Environmental Leadership will join the Bushwick School for Social Justice and the Academy of Urban Planning.
