Lawsuit puts fish market in reel trouble

Employees of a Brownsville fish market claim they were subjected to sexual and racial harassment by the store's management.

Sunu Chandy, an attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, says the federal agency has filed a lawsuit against M. Slavin and Sons that would force it to change policies and procedures if a guilty verdict is reached.

A lawyer for the fish market denies the claims, saying in statement that M. Slavin and Sons would "vigorously defend the case in court."
