Cops seize cocaine, cash in Williamsburg

Police say they seized more than 60 pounds of cocaine and nearly a million dollars in cash from a Williamsburg apartment Thursday.

Authorities arrested Johanny Olmedo, who identified himself as the superintendent of the building where the drugs and cash were found, along with Christine Ladeveze.

Police also arrested Ronald Lugo, who they say left the Williamsburg apartment with boxes containing 10 kilograms of cocaine and was later stopped on the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.

The three suspects were arraigned on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and other related charges. If convicted, they could face up to 20 years each in prison.
