Cops look for ties in Park Slope robberies

Police are investigating a possible connection between robberies carried out at two businesses in the Park Slope area Friday.

Surveillance footage reveals a gunman entering a store on 7th Avenue Thursday afternoon. Police say the robber forced the clerk to empty the cash register and made off with jeans, jackets and jewelry.

A Gamestop store, located just feet away, was robbed Friday morning. A representative from the Chamber of Commerce says it is especially crucial for business owners to be alert.
