14-year-old girl shot in the eye by pellet gun

A 14-year-old girl was hospitalized after she was shot in the eye with a pellet gun Saturday night.

Witnesses say that Cyanna Watts was leaving a Halloween party with her family at around 8 p.m., when a car drove by and shot a pellet gun at the group.

Cyanna fell to the ground after she was hit in the right eye and was taken to Kings County Hospital.

It is unclear whether she will be able to see again and police have no leads on whoever shot the gun.
