Police and the Administration for Children's Services have launched an investigation after a second Brooklyn child died this week in a fall from a window.
Devon Joseph, 2, fell from a second-story window at 53 Westminster Road in Kensington Tuesday. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he died Wednesday morning.
While some of the windows in the Westminster Road building were equipped with guards, others were not. On Wednesday, more window guards were installed on the second floor of the apartment complex.
On Monday, a 1-year-old boy died after falling from an Albany Avenue window.
