City proposes increase for rent-stabilized apts.
? The city?s Rent Guidelines Board proposed an increase for rent-stabilized apartments Tuesday.
The proposal includes an increase of 2 to 4.5 percent for one-year leases and a 4 to 7.5 percent hike for two-year leases.
The public will be able to voice its opinions of the proposal during two public hearings next month.
The board will take a final vote on June 23.
