Swastika found on door of Brooklyn senior center
A spray-painted message of hate marred the new year for some Brooklyn residents.
Police believe a swastika and "F Jews" were painted on the door of the Brookdale Senior Center, located at 817 Avenue H, sometime within the past 24 hours.
The center is in a predominately Jewish neighborhood. The rabbi at the center's synagogue says the word "Nazi" was also recently painted at the site.
The latest incident has some neighbors upset. "It's despicable because as far as I?m concerned, we're all one," says Richard Delgado. "I feel it's very sickening to me and my young son ? this is a sad day."
Police are investigating the incident.
