Fliers, messages and paintings on a wall have become a visual protest of a planned Carroll Gardens condominium building.

The Carroll Gardens Coalition to Respectfully Develop, along with residents, has turned a wall surrounding a lot at 360 Smith St. into an anti-overdevelopment campaign. Newspaper articles and other items are posted at the site of a future 70-foot building.

"It may be the last voice the neighborhood has left," says resident Triada Samaras. "This plaza ? is in great jeopardy."

The wall has helped generate 3,000 signatures calling for a moratorium until the Department of City Planning can conduct a thorough study, which it has promised to do.

Architect Robert Scarano, whose other Brooklyn buildings have violations, according to records, is in charge of the project.

Councilman Bill de Blasio's office says Scarano will present a revised proposal in the new year after seeking community input.
