Cops hope sketch leads to collar in Brooklyn teen rape

Police released a sketch Friday in hopes of catching the man who raped a teenage girl in Brooklyn.

Authorities say the 15-year-old victim was walking near Dean Street and Saratoga Avenue around 5:25 a.m. Wednesday when a man grabbed her from behind. The attacker, described as being in his 20s, sexually assaulted the girl in an alley before fleeing.

The teen was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS; police say all calls are kept confidential.
