Williamsburg straphangers gave the J and Z subway lines low marks as part of the MTA?s survey effort.
According to the MTA, riders gave the lines a C- grade, just above passing.
However, riders at the Marcy Avenue stop generally said they are happy with their train service and that the trains come every five to 10 minutes, enabling them to get to their destinations on time.
However, riders said longer delays at night are a problem. They said they sometimes have to wait longer than a half hour for a train.
Some expressed a desire for more security at the subway stops. They said more security cameras and police officers should be added.
More than 2,000 riders participated in the survey. The MTA says it will try to improve service by taking the feedback into consideration.
