The City Economic Development Corporation and the MTA have announced that they are looking for someone to purchase and redevelop a vacant building in Mott Haven.
Located at 351 East 139th St., the 6,500-square foot space has been vacant for almost a decade.
Officials will be accepting submissions for the property up until March 2013.
