Suspects sought in rash of weekend shootings

Police are searching for suspects following a series of weekend shootings that claimed two lives.

According to police, 19-year-old Kenneth Archbold, of The Bronx, was fatally shot several times in the stomach in Harlem on Sunday.

Authorities say a 21-year-old man was also shot in the back and neck Sunday on Rosedale Avenue in Soundview. He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he died.

In a third incident, officials say a triple shooting in Parkchester injured two men and a woman. The victims were all taken to Jacobi Medical Center and are expected to be OK.

No arrests have been made in any of the shootings, and police urge anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
