A Bronx judge ruled today that the business management company of an apartment building on Webb Avenue must replace 75 fire escapes and correct all safety violations by July 31.

If the building management company fails to correct the nine violations by the deadline, it will face a $150 per violation per day fine, contempt of court and possible jail time.
