Officials say a 3-year-old boy has died after falling out of a window of the Morrisania II Apartments.
Authorities say it happened at 280 E. 161st St. before 4 p.m. today. Gabriel Estevez Agramonte was in cardiac arrest when he was rushed to the hospital, according to officials.
Neighbors say the boy fell out of a window in apartment 4X, which is the superintendent?s apartment.
