People living along 149th Street say someone has turned their block into a used car lot.

According to local drivers, the street has been used as a showroom all summer with several vehicles for sale. They complain it's making it more difficult to find a parking spot, and a police source says it is illegal.

News 12 called the number listed on one of the parked cars and was told by that owner that the vehicles are being parked on the street temporarily while a lease on a lot is finalized.
