Police shut down part of the Boatmax Marina in City Island this morning after the dock master found a man's body floating in the water.
The dock master says he found the fully clothed body at around 11 a.m. The remains have yet to be identified, but the dock master described the body as an older man.
The medical examiner removed the body this afternoon and police say they're treating this as a missing persons case.
