Signed, sealed, but not delivered is what some Parkchester tenants say has been happening with their mail for the past three months.

According to residents at 1535 Taylor Ave., the U.S. Postal Service will not drop off mail because their mailboxes are broken. They complain that they've had to walk to the West Farms post office to get their envelopes and packages all summer.

News 12 The Bronx reached out to the building's landlord, New York Management, and the USPS, but has not heard back.
