Man arrested in shooting that grazed infant in NYC
(AP) - A man has been arrested in gunplay that grazed a 2-month-old boy as he sat in his stroller in The Bronx. The New York Police Department says Terek Odom was arrested Friday on attempted murder and other charges in the Sept. 5 shooting. The phone rang unanswered at the 21-year-old Odom's Bronx home. It wasn't clear whether he had a lawyer. A bullet grazed the boy in the left shoulder outside an apartment building on Seneca Avenue. His mother was nearby. His injuries weren't serious. He was one of several children shot in the city in recent months. In July, a 4-year-old boy was killed on a Bronx playground. A week later, a 14-year-old was fatally shot in The Bronx after playing tennis.
