A group of pit bulls rescued by police from a dog fighting operation in Mount Eden are in need of permanent, loving homes.

Three of the more than 50 dogs that were seized back in June are being temporarily cared for at Charles Henderson Animal Rescue in Brooklyn after going through an extensive rehabilitation process with the ASPCA.

The super of the building where the dogs were found, Raul Sanchez, is facing more than 60 counts of animal fighting and animal cruelty.
