Vigil held to honor bouncer shot to death in East Flatbush
Family and friends held a vigil tonight for the Bronx bouncer who was shot to death in East Flatbush over the weekend.
Christopher Braham was murdered on the job early Sunday morning while trying to break up a fight. The vigil was held outside of Pat's Palm Tree, where the shooting took place.
The 32-year-old's family says the incident occurred just blocks away from where his brother, Douglas Smith, was stabbed to death in 2009.
Neighbors say Sunday's shooting is one of the many violent fights that break out at the lounge every weekend.
No arrests have been made in the case. Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
