EMS responds to victim of violent act on Brooklyn Ave.
<p>Emergency crews responded this morning to a victim of a violent act in Crown Heights. Crews say the victim was either stabbed or shot at 97 Brooklyn Ave. around 11 a.m. EMS crews say the victim is not expected to survive. News 12 will have more on this developing story. </p>
