A 105-year-old Brooklyn woman says the secret to longevity is to keep moving.
Goldie Sohn is the oldest person participating in the New York Road Runners Striders, a group of active senior citizens who walk every week throughout New York City.
The program has a coach who visits places like senior centers.
"For the seniors, it's more of a walking program because it's easier - like Tai chi - on their limbs," says coach Tyrone Randolph.
Sohn was born on April 9, 1912 in New Jersey. She moved to Brooklyn when she was 14 years old.
