Annual Easter egg hunt held in Greenpoint

Children in Greenpoint were on the hunt to fill their baskets with Easter eggs Saturday.

The annual event, organized by Town Square, featured thousands of brightly colored eggs tucked away for the kids to find.

It kicked off at 11 a.m. and ran until the last Easter egg was discovered.

The Easter bunny was also present to take pictures with children.

Many attendees tells News 12 the event is their favorite Easter tradition.
