Police arrest teen in fatal shooting of 15-year-old Brooklyn boy

Police say they have arrested a teen in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old Brooklyn boy.

Zidon Clarke, 17, of Brooklyn, is accused of fatally shooting Rohan Levy on Feb. 20, in front of 92 East 55th St. in East Flatbush.

Police say surveillance video from the scene shows Clarke jumping into the passenger side of a tan four-door sedan after the shooting. Investigators believe the incident was gang-related.

Levy was shot once in the back of the head and rushed to a hospital where he later died. A second teen was also shot in the leg, but survived the incident.

Friends and family described Levy as a "ray of sunshine" who attended the Williamsburg School for Architecture and Design.

Clarke is charged with murder, two counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He has six prior arrests, one of which is sealed. Those charges include grand larceny and attempted assault.
