Man accused of stealing baby stroller turns self in to police

A man accused of stealing a baby stroller and items valued at over $1,000 from a Brooklyn porch turned himself in to police.

The incident was captured on surveillance video on March 30 in front of a home on Carlton and Willoughby avenues in Fort Greene.

Police say Jonathan Rios, 23, can be seen removing the carriage as well as a blanket and baby warmer.

Police say Rios's mother saw him on the news and made him turn himself in.

He is facing grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen items charges.
