Thousands biked through New York City for the annual Five Boro Bike Tour Sunday.
More than 32,000 riders traveled 40-miles across all five boroughs. Many cyclists tell News 12 they enjoyed not having to worry about vehicles or pedestrians on their ride.
There was a rest stop at Commodore Barry Park in Brooklyn, which featured a band and food.
Organizers say the event started 40 years ago with about 250 riders, and has grown to the largest recreational cycling event in the nation.
