Forecast: High temperatures expected Tuesday, Wednesday

NORWALK -

High temperatures, some possibly record breaking, are expected for Tuesday and Wednesday across western Connecticut.

News 12 Connecticut Meteorologist Matt Hammer says temperatures Tuesday will be in the high-50s, with a mixture and sun and clouds. Hammer says temperatures in some regions could even reach into the 60s.

Temperatures overnight will drop into the high-40s, with mostly cloudy skies.

Wednesday is expected to see temperatures in the mid-60s, with partly sunny skies.

Thursday should see cloudy skies, with rain expected late in the day. Temperatures will be in the mid-40s.
